General Dentistry

We prioritize listening to our patients.

When talking with patients, we often hear comments like: "That dentist pulled my tooth out." "That dentist gave me a dental crown."

Hearing this makes us feel deeply sad. Of course, it’s unlikely that the dentist performed these treatments forcibly or against the patient’s wishes. In fact, the treatments were likely appropriate and done correctly.

However, it seems that patients often feel differently. The goals we, as dentists, aim for and the goals our patients wish for are often not the same.

We always make a conscious effort to understand what our patients want to achieve.

Hearing someone say, "I feel reassured because you really take the time to listen," is the greatest compliment we can receive.
